Deadline for all sponsorships and donations is October 1, 2024. Sponsorships will be accepted in the form of cash, check, in-kind services or products. In order to receive full print benefits (where applicable) sponsor forms must be returned, and contribution received by October 1, 2024.

Sponsors should email their company logo in a high-resolution pdf/eps format to danielle@waynestabilercompanies.com by October 1, 2024. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. A letter acknowledging your contribution will be mailed after the event.
Bidding Platform
The Stabiler Foundation is partnering with Qtego Auction Services again this year to provide an online auction bidding platform. You can also preview auction items in advance at our QTEGO site.
Tickets will be sold as described above or through the QTEGO site. When you arrive at the event, our check-in and registration process uses the guest’s cell phone — any phone with texting will work — to verify your ticket purchase. Simply give the volunteer at the registration table your cell phone number, email and mailing address!
